The space
Our beach condo went through a major renovation and we're excited for our guests to enjoy the updates we’ve made. Brand new kitchen cabinets and countertops, flooring throughout the entire condo, and new glass doors to take in those amazing water views, are just a few of the updates you will enjoy.

There is plenty of space inside the condo and lots to do outside. With the canal just steps from the building, beach access less than a 5 minute walk, and downtown Carolina beach just a mile down the road, you can’t go wrong with this location!

Guest access
Along with full access to the condo, guests will have 2 assigned parking spaces as well as access to the pool, boat docks, private shed with beach amenities, and grill common areas.
 

Guest Agreement & Community Guidelines

We’re delighted to welcome you to our condo! Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay while also respecting the community. To ensure a smooth experience, please take note of the following guidelines:

Respect for the Community:
Our condo is part of a shared building with 18 units, many of which are occupied by full-time residents and weekend homeowners. Staying here offers a relaxed, community atmosphere rather than a busy hotel setting. Out of courtesy for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels low between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please also be mindful that sound may carry from surrounding units, as there are neighbors to the left, right, and above.

Building & HOA Rules:
Upon arrival, please take a moment to review the HOA Rules & Regulations, Grilling Guidelines, and Pool Rules included in the welcome packet. These guidelines are in place to ensure a great experience for all guests and residents.

 

Pets:
While we love pets, they are only allowed with prior approval from Alex or Jennifer. If you are traveling with a pet, please contact us before your stay. Unauthorized pets may result in a forfeiture of the security deposit.

Parties & Gatherings:
To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are not permitted. If evidence of a party is found, guests may be asked to leave immediately, and the remainder of the stay will be forfeited. Any damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.

 

Overnight Guests:
For safety and liability reasons, only registered guests included in the original reservation may stay overnight. If your plans change and you need to add a guest, please contact Alex or Jennifer in advance. Additional guests beyond the original reservation (up to 6 total) may incur extra nightly charges.

 

Maintenance & Care:
If anything requires attention during your stay, please notify us right away rather than attempting repairs. We want to ensure everything remains in great condition for you and future guests.

 

Furniture & Property Care:
We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable space. Please leave all furniture, fixtures, and amenities in their original placement and condition. If anything gets moved, we kindly ask that you return it before check-out.
